Individuals who are seeking services can call the office at (662) 813-5155 to complete the referral form and will be provided an appointment for the initial mental health intake session.

Fees for services are due at each appointment.

The client is expected to notify Hope Faith Love Counseling Services, LLC if a scheduled appointment must be cancelled for any reason within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date.

 

​A list of all required documents will be provided prior to the scheduled appointment date.
