Policies/Procedures

Individual’s seeking services can call the office at (662) 813-5155 to complete the referral form and afterwards the individual will be given an appointment to come into the office to complete the initial intake session.

Fees for services are due at each appointment. 

​

The client is expected to notify Hope Faith Love Counseling Services, LLC if a scheduled appointment must be cancelled for any reason within at minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date.

​

We provide a list of all documents that are required at the initial intake session.
